Returns & Exchange

All sales are final as each order is custom made for you after you purchase. Please make sure you select the correct size and color before ordering. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Each listing has a size guide with measurements and images with the color choices to choose from. If an item is not in stock you will not be able to order it.

If an item was damaged by our production team then we will send you another shipment of your order free of charge. Our team does thorough quality checks to make sure items are not damaged before leaving the facility.

Any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 14 calendar days after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense including shipping. After 14 days you are not able to make a claim and returns will not be accepted.

All claims must be submitted with images and the product must NOT be worn to be processed for claim.
