All orders are custom made. You will receive your order 8 - 15 days after your purchase including production and shipping time. 

You will receive tracking information for shipment 4 - 7 business days after you purchase through your email. 

Once your order has been dispatched, Jump Street Clubhouse accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to your package.

If there are any delays with your package once shipped from our facility Jump Street Clubhouse is not liable as we have no control of the shipping carrier. In this instance, please contact the shipping carrier with the tracking number sent to your email to request information about your package.

We are not able to give any refunds or resend orders if the shipping carrier losses or damages your order.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays. 

We work hard to ensure your order is delivered on time, however Jump Street Clubhouse cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as customer errors, severe weather, service interruptions, carrier issues, etc. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges.
